PCP Facilitators are arriving...
The Partnership Board has funded PCP Facilitators to help develop person centred plans. Local voluntary organisations are starting to employ workers to fill these posts.
Attached is a leaflet about person centred planning to explain what PCP Facilitators can help with.

PCP Website nominated for Hantsweb award
Hampshire's PCP Website has been nominated in the Hantsweb Awards, shortlisting is in early september. We've got our fingers crossed.

New research report added in 'Resources'
Person-centred support: What service users and practitioners say
This report presents findings from an event run as part of the national 'Standards We Expect' project. The event looked at what person-centred support means to people who use, work in and manage services; what barriers exist to making services person-centred; and how the obstacles might be overcome.
