Hampshire Partnership Board can offer support & help with Person Centred Planning & approaches.
Are you a person with a learning disability, family, residential providers, support staff, managers, schools, transition, community services or any person that wants to help people with a learning disability plan for the future.
Hampshire PCP team can help you start your first plan or help providers develop person centred approaches.

We are fortunate to have found a person who is a qualified beautician. She would be pleased to run a course on 'Making Yourself Feel Good', looking at make-up, hair, personal hygiene & nails etc..
The cost of the session will be £3:00 and will last approximately 2 hours. This will take place on a Wednesday at a time to be arranged.

Many people with a learning disability need information in an easy read format to make it easy for them to read and understand.
Make it clear is Mencap's campaign to encourage people in charge of organizations and public services to provide information in an easy read format. This means writing information using clear words that are easy to understand and using images.
