Hampshire action plan & mental health issues

Hampshire action plan & mental health issues

If you are interested in person centred planning and mental health, you will be pleased to hear that some work is happening about this in Hampshire.

A workshop was held recently, and then a small group got together and discussed what we should do, to make sure people who have mental health problems, have their care based on the things that really matter to them.

Some people who work in mental health are working on something called PIP this is a person centred individual's plan. It has lots of good ideas for helping people to stay well and to help people recover quickly when they are ill.

PIP is like some of the other things that can help people to plan, like MAP, PATH and ELP. You will find more information about these on the resouces page. We hope to put information about PIP there soon too.
