Partnership description

My name is Dan Stoneman and I have been employed through the Learning Disability Development Fund (LDDF) and work within Hampshire Adult Services.

My role is to look at how our Partnership Board and Local Implementation Groups can work better at meeting the needs of people with a learning disability in Hampshire.

Some key areas for me to look at;

• How are we making Valuing People and Hampshire's Learning Disability Strategy happen
• Who attends the Partnership Board and Local Implementation Groups
• What is talked about at these meetings
• How people bid for LDDF money
• How do we share information with the local community
• How do we work more closely with people with a learning disability and their family's and carer's
